- We are a professional massage business and will report to local authorities for anyone asking for sexual services, making sexual comments, including even the slightest inappropriate conversations. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and will press charges to the fullest extent of the law.
- For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:
- You may cancel or reschedule without charge anytime within the 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment. Less than a 24-hour notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s). Cancelling your appointment the day of will result in 50% charge. If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the FULL price of the scheduled service(s). Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent in advance of your scheduled appointment by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. The therapists only get paid when "hands on" in this industry, therefore their time is extremely valuable, and these missed appointments will affect their income. * If you are more than 20 minutes late for your session, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may no longer be available.
- Our software requires a credit/debit card on account for booking purposes. No funds will be held or withdrawn. If paying with a gift card, the amount of the gift card may be held as a credit on account, redeemable for services provided or cancellation fees if necessary.
- To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to locate our office and fill out any new client paperwork, for your convenience these forms can be filled out digitally through our website. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them. • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
- Refunds – All sales (gift certificates, series packages, prepaid massage services) are final, non-refundable, packages/membership vouchers are non-transferable.
